New cars on show from Volvo
26/09/2008
Volvo is set to exhibit a classic selection of new and used cars this November.
The Classic Motor Show runs from November 14th to 16th at Birmingham's National Exhibition Centre.
Spanning 50 years, cars displaying the technique and artistry of the manufacturer will be on display, including a rare Amazon 123GT, an "unusual" 262 Coupe and two 1800s.
Each of the new and used cars is coloured red, which Volvo said is a shade of "love and energy".
"Visitors will be introduced to a maybe lesser-known side of the Volvo product history and to some older models that may not be so very well known outside of Sweden," the brand said in a statement.
A used Volvo - although not a classic on show - could be an ideal purchase for those looking to buy a used car.
Volvo began manufacturing cars in 1927.
